SHAVING BRUSH
Shaving brush is
known as (White Badger Hair). Used to apply shaving soap or cream to the face
when shaving, and lather the face preparatory to shaving.
USE:
- Pour your brush in hot water, this softens the bristles. Using a brush will enhance any man’s shave experience, badger hair is the way to go, but Silver Tip is superior. Brushes help lift hairs, which means a closer shave.
- Shake some of the steaming water out of the brush. Using the damp brush, lather shave soap or cream. Let the bristles massage your face as you apply the lather in circular motions. If your soap or cream turns into a beard, you are on the right path.
ADVANTAGES:
- Makes a rich & warm lather by whipping air into shaving soap or cream.
- Softens & lifts the facial hair off the face.
- Adds heat to the skin during the shave process which helps open pores & lubricate the skin.
- Gently exfoliates the surface of the skin to rid it of the dead surface cells.
A shaving brush is the right path to make a warm & unctuous lather. The lather is important
because it protects & lubricates the skin. The gentle friction of the
bristles on your face as you lather up arms the shaving soap & your skin,
softening the beard & opening pores. The brush helps guide the direction of
your whiskers as they loosen up in their pores, preparing them for the blade.
The shave brush is also ideal for ensuring adequate moisture to the face when
the shaving. It captures & transports the moisture from the sink, through
the bristles to your skin & the beard. This is a far more efficient method
of wetting your skin than cupping water in your hands and bringing it to your
face when the shaving, which is what you’ve to do without the shaving brush. Finally,
the best brush for men provides gentle exfoliation & removes dead cells.
